The substance Fosfotex C16/18 DEA was tested according to OECD115, EU A.5, not in GLP.
Surface tension of Fosfotex C16/18 DEA was lower than 60 mN/m, the test substance can be classified as:
surface active in a concentration of 103.26 mg test substance/L (in a solution at 90% saturation obtained from an aqueous solution prepared with 1.00 g/L of test item slow-shaking in standing position for 3 days).
