According to Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006, Annex VII, 7.3, column 2, the study does not need to be conducted for substances which decompose before boiling. In a study according to the OECD TG 102 and in compliance with GLP, the melting temperature of the test substance was determined to be 217 °C, with decomposition observed around 190 °C.
