The test was conducted using an open Aluminium Standard 40 microL crucible, which is suitable to investigate in detail the various changes which occur by heating the sample up to 600°C.

Using the internal balance, an aliquot of test item was weighed into the crucible. The test was performed in a temperature range from 35 to 500°C, with a heating rate of 10°C/min.

The following behaviour was noted:

300 - 420°C: Endothermic reaction showing a boiling transition of the test item at 392.7°C (Onset: 381.9°C, Enthalpy of vaporization: 1643 J/g).

Conclusions:
The boiling point of the test item is 392.7 °C
