Guidance on Safe Use
Administrative data
First-aid measures
If inhaled: Immediately move person into fresh air. If necessary, get medical aid.
In case of skin contact:Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash off with soap and plenty of water. Get medical aid if irritation lasts .
In case of eye contact: Immediately wash eyes with plenty of water at least 15 minutes. Get medical aid.
If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. If victim is conscious, give 1-2 cupfuls of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical aid immediately.
Cautions for the person who gives first aid: Wear protective gloves etc. to avoid a direct contact with hazardous substances. After first aid, take off contaminated clothing and shoes.
Most important symptoms and effects both acute and delayed: Causes to serious eye damage.
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed: Immediately wash eyes with plenty of water at least 15 minutes.
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media: Use water spray, dry chemical, carbon dioxide, or chemical foam.
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: Nitrogen oxides, hydrochloric acid and carbon monoxide may be formed under fire conditions.
Advice for firefighters: Wear proper personal protective equipment and self-contained breathing apparatus.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, proactive equipment and emergency procedures: Keep out the people not involved from the leaking place by enclosing with rope.
Use proper personal protective equipment.
Environmental precautions: Do not let this product enter drains. The polluted drains should be appropriately processed.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Remove the ignition source. Sweep up and collect released material. Keep in suitable, closed containers for disposal.
Handling and storage
Precautions for safe handling: Remove the ignition source, and take precautionary measures against static charges. When taking out from the container, prevent spilling. Avoid contact with skin and/or eyes. Avoid breathing and swallowing dust. Wash hands and face, and gargle well after handling. Use with adequate ventilation.
Condition for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Appropriate condition: Fill the inert gas into the container. Keep container tightly closed in a dry, cool and locked place. Appropriate package: Inner/ polyethylene bag, outer / aluminum laminated bag.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Control parameters: no data available
Exposure controls: Engineering measures: Use exhaust ventilation. The facial cleansing equipment and the shower for the emergency should be available near the work place. Personal protective equipment: Respirators: Dust protective mask. Eyes: Safety glasses (goggles). Hand: Protective gloves. Skin Protective clothing
Stability and reactivity
Stable under normal handling or storage. Causes neither dangerous resolution nor the polymerization.
Contact with some of the strong oxidizing agent, acid or moisture may (will) result in the formation of flammable product.
Incompatible materials: Strong oxidizing agent, acid or moisture.
Hazardous decomposition products: Nitrogen oxides, hydrochloric acid and carbon monoxide may be formed under fire conditions.
Disposal considerations
Product: Observe all federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Contaminated packaging: Disposal of as unused product. Incinerate appropriately after solved with a flammable solvent, taking
care of the generated gas
