Administrative data
First-aid measures
Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and call the Poison Control Centre. Do not attempt to give any solid or liquid by mouth if the exposed subject is unconscious or semi-unconscious.
Move to fresh air and monitoring breathing. If breathing becomes difficult or ceases, give oxygen and activate the emergency.
Remove contaminated clothing and replace them with clean and dry ones. Wash the exposed skin area immediately with mild soap and water. Seek medical attention in case of irritation.
Wash out with fresh running water for at least 15 minutes. Ensure complete irrigation of the eyes by keeping eyelids well open. Consult a doctor.
Fire-fighting measures
Water, dry chemical, carbon dioxide (CO2), foam.
When heated the substance emits Carbon Oxides (COx), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) and sulfur compound.
Use water spray for cooling exposed containers.
Do not enter fire area without proper protective equipment, including respiratory protection.
Accidental release measures
Avoid inhalation and contact with eyes and skin.
Alert Emergency Responders and tell them location and nature of hazard.

MINOR SPILLS
Clean up all spills immediately.
Use dry clean up procedures and avoid generating dust.
Avoid spillage of the product in water and sewage systems. Use rugs cover manholes, bags of absorbent material.
Avoid raising dust during collection and eliminate any source of ignition. Ventilate area and wash areas affected only after completing the collection of material. Avoid the use of oxidizing agents to wash the affected areas.

Control personal contact by using protective equipment and dust respirator.
Prevent spillage from entering drains, sewers or water courses.
Avoid generating dust.
Recover product wherever possible.

If contamination of drains or waterways occurs, advise emergency services.

Use procedures to put equipment on the ground. Avoid static discharges accumulation. Protect form heat and direct sunlight.

Handle taking care to close the trunk. The work environment must be provided with adequate ventilation systems or collection of gases and vapors that can be formed when handling.

Decomposition temperature
DSC:
Dynamic in air: an important exothermic effect is observed (ΔH = - 400 J / g) around 85 °C with a peak at 200 °C.
Isotherm at 35 ° C for 18 hours: there were no macroscopic effects.
Dynamics in air: on the sample after isotherm: a slight endothermic effect is observed (DH = 14.45 J / g) at a temperature of 68 °C (perhaps caused by metilterbutiletere solvent with boiling point at 55 °C), with a peak at 76 °C; follows an important exothermic effect (DH = - 337 J / g) that is not shared from the endothermic one, with peak at about 205 ° C.

Disposal considerations
Do not let the product go into the sewerage system. Dispose of it in compliance with the national rules in force. The contaminated packing can be destined for re-utilization after having made a proper cleaning and decontamination.
Product
Give non-recyclable solutions and the surplus to a licensed waste disposal company.
Solubilize or mix the product with a combustible solvent, then burn in an incinerator for chemicals equipped with post-combustion system and scrubber.
