Migrated from Short description of key information:
Skin sensitisation: not sensitising (OECD 406; GLP compliant)

Justification for selection of skin sensitisation endpoint:
One reliable animal study described in Vasquez (2012) (OECD 406 (1992), GLP compliant) is considered to be reliable without restrictions. The substance was determined not to be a skin sensitiser.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Skin sensitisation

The reference Vasquez (2012) is considered as the key study on skin sensitisation and will be used for classification. It can be concluded based on the guinea pig maximisation test that the substance has no skin sensitisation potential. Thus, according to regulation (EC) 1272/2008 and subsequent amendments the substance is not classified as skin sensitiser.
