(1)A stock solution of 100mg/L of test subsances was prepared at the beginning of the test. A stock solution diluted with M4 medium to 1mg/L .
(2)The positive control was dilution water.
(3)Ten test vessels was prepared each concentrations. Each test vessels were added 80mL of the test solutions.
(4)All test vessels were checked that those appearance.
