Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove person from danger area. Supply person with fresh air
and consult medical doctor according to symptoms.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Wash thoroughly for several minutes by using copious water.
Seek medical help if necessary.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash thoroughly by using copious water - remove contaminated
clothing.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Give copious water to drink. Consult medical doctor if
necessary.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water jet spray; foam; CO2; dry extinguisher
Product arising from burning: Oxides of carbon; Oxides of nitrogen; Oxides of sulphur
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Protective respirator with independent air supply (dependent
on size of fire)
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Remove person from danger area. Supply person with fresh air
and consult medical doctor according to symptoms. Ensure
sufficient supply of air to the site. Keep away sources of
ignition, do not smoke. Collect and remove solid material
mechanically by using suitable industrial vacuum cleaner.
Collect and remove liquid material by using absorbant
material (e.g. universal binding medium). Flush residues by
using copious water.
Disposal considerations: waste codes 04 02 99 and 03 03 99
(Dir. 2000/532/EC); wastes not otherwise specified. Pay
attention to local and national official regulations.
Recommendation: suitable incineration plant or dispose at
suitable refuse site; cleaned packaging: recycling.
Handling and storage
Handling: Avoid inhalation and contact with eyes or skin. No contact
with products of this type in case of allergies, asthma and
chronic respiratory tract disorders. General hygiene
measures for the handling of chemicals are applicable.
Usage of suitable gloves is recommended.
Storage: Store the concentrated enzyme liquid solution unopened in
original packing. Not to be stored in gangways or stair
wells. Store cool (4-8 ºC) in a dry place.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The dry substance will not be sold as such. The liquid
concentrate (i.e. the preparation) will be sold in suitable
containers, like Schntz containers 1.000 kg each, or it will
be delivered in bulk quantities in road containers to the
client.
