Diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide was not biodegraded in the Closed Bottle test (28 days and prolonged) and should therefore not be classified as readily biodegradable. As PEC/PNEC ratio for soil and sediment obtained in the exposure assessment are below 1, the conduct of simulation tests of the degradation in water and sediment or soil is waived in accordance with column 2 of Annex IX chapter 9.2 of Regulation EC 1907/2006.
