Description of key information

Three acute experimental studies and one QSAR predictions are available to assess the aquatic toxicity of the registered substance.

Two experimental studies, performed on aquatic invertebrates Daphnia magna and the algae Desmodesmus subspicatus respectively, were not considered reliable due to major methodological deficiencies and/or insufficient information provided on the methodology used.

Therefore, the second experimental study on the algae was considered reliable. For algae, the 72h-ErC50 value was determinated at 1.18 mg/L and 72h-NOECr at 0.14 mg/L

The QSAR prediction was performed using iSafeRat® High-Accuracy-Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship (KREATIS, 2021) to assess acute toxicity on aquatic invertebrate.Tthe 48h-EC50 value was predicted at 0.34 mg/L
