Test conditions
- Test temperature:
- 21.9°C to 22°C
- pH:
- 7.38 to 7.83: test-item dependent increase in pH
- Nominal and measured concentrations:
- During the test, the measured concentrations of the test substance analyzed by HPLC-MS varied less than 20% during each renewal (-3.14% - 4.73%), while all new solutions varied within ±20% of its arithmetic mean measured concentrations (-3.91% - 3.91 %). The biological response results were reported based on time-weighted arithmetic means of the measured concentrations.
