Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The test substance is extremely insoluble in water, <=3ug/L and has the potential to sdhere to surfaces such as glass.

In the first test comissioned (Klein, 2021), there was a major breach in the close system which resulted in a loss of reliability in the test results.

In the second test commissioned (Rowlands, 2022), an incorrect test systemwas used and several other deficiencies were noted in the study. It is not appropriate to test surface water biodegradability for a test substance which is known to be released into the domestic sewage system.

The thrid test commissioned (Rowlands, 2022A), the correct test system was used and the study met all the validity criteria of the test guideline. This is the study to be relied upon.
