Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

LD50, 96h=NOEC (96h)= 0.74 mg/l (solubility limits) equals to 100 gm/l (nominal)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A test on the analogue substance for acute toxicity to fish following OECD 203 is available (BASF, 2007). Zebra fishes were tested in a static test freshwater, at a single dose concentration of 100 mg/l (nominal) for 96h. The concentration of the substance was sampled and analysed after filtration by spectrophotometry. The measured tested concentration resulted equal to 0.74 mg/l. The LC50, 96h (NOEC, 96h) is equal to the solubility limit of the test substance in the media under the test conditions, i.e. 0.74 mg/l (measured) or 100 mg/l (nominal). No concentrations greater than the solubility limit were tested.
