Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling:

Technical measures: Handling is performed in a well ventilated place. Wear suitable protective equipment. Avoid breathing vapours, aerosols, mist or fumes. Use a local exhaust if dust or aerosol will be generated. Wash hands and face thoroughly after handling.

Ignition Controls: Eliminate possible ignition sources (e.g., heat, sparks, flame, impact, friction, electricity), and follow appropriate grounding and bonding procedures. Use appropriate ventilation. Avoid generating airborne dust. Avoid breathing dust. Avoid all heat sources, including direct sunlight, open flame, sources of ignition, sparks.

Advice on safe handling: Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing.

Advice on general occupational hygiene: Do not eat, drink and smoke in work areas. Wash hands after use. Remove contaminated clothing and protective equipment before entering eating areas.

Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities

Storage conditions: Keep container tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Keep away from incompatible materials.
