First-aid measures
General advice: Get medical attention immediately if symptoms occur. Show this safety data sheet to the doctor in attendance.
Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids. If eye irritation persists, consult a specialist.
Skin contact: Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water. If a person feels unwell or
symptoms of skin irritation appear, consult a physician.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting without medical advice. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label.
Inhalation: IF INHALED: Remove to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
Most Important Symptoms/Effects: None
Protection of first-aiders: Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media: Use water spray, alcohol-resistant foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide
Extinguishing media which must not be used for safety reasons: none
Special Exposure Hazards Arising from the Substance or Preparation Itself, Combustion Products, Resulting Gases: none in particular
Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: emits toxic fumes under fire conditions
Hazardous combustion products: Carbon monoxide, Carbon dioxide (CO2)
Advice to firefighters:
Special protective equipment for fire-fighters: Wear self contained breathing apparatus for fire fighting if necessary.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions: Use personal protective equipment.
Environmental precautions: Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.
Clean-up methods:
Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid binder, universal binder, sawdust). Sweep up and shovel into suitable containers for disposal. Prevent product from entering drains. Clean contaminated surface thoroughly. Local authorities should be advised if significant spillages cannot be contained.
Handling and storage
Safe handling advice: Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Avoid breathing mists, dusts, or vapors. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Storage conditions: Keep containers tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. Keep product and empty container away from heat and sources of ignition.
Additional Storage: Suitable material:
Stainless steel
Carbon steel
Plastic drum

Exposure controls / personal protection
Derived No Effect Level (DNEL): no information available
Predicted No Effect Concentration (PNEC): no information available
Exposure limits This product, as supplied, does not contain any hazardous materials with occupational exposure limits established by the region specific regulatory bodies.
Engineering measures: Use adequate local exhaust ventilation if airborne dusts, mists, or vapors will be generated.
Hygiene measures: Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practise.
Environmental exposure controls: No information available
Eye protection: Safety glasses
Hand protection: Protective gloves, Neoprene gloves, The determined penetration times according to EN 374 part III are not performed under practical conditions. Therefore a maximum wearing time, which corresponds to 50% of the penetration time, is recommended
Respiratory protection: Breathing apparatus needed only when aerosol or mist is formed.
Skin and body protection: Choose body protection in relation to its type, to the concentration and amount of dangerous substances, and to the specific work-place.
Stability and reactivity
Reactivity: No dangerous reaction known under conditions of normal use
Stability: Stable under recommended storage conditions.
Possibility of hazardous reactions: none known
Conditions to avoid: Heat, flames and sparks
Materials to avoid: oxidising agents
Hazardous decomposition products: None reasonably foreseeable
Disposal considerations
Waste from residues / unused products: Do not contaminate ponds, waterways or ditches with chemical or used container. Dispose of in accordance with Local and National regulations.
EWC waste disposal No: According to the European Waste Catalogue, Waste Codes are not product specific, but application specific.
Further Information: Waste codes should be assigned by the user based on the application for which the product was used
Contaminated packageing: Empty containers should be taken to local recyclers for disposal
