The test substance was found to be readily biodegradable in an OECD 301 B and F tests, indicating absence of persistence potential. Further, it is not considered to be bioaccumulative based on the calculated and estimated log Kow. This together with its absence of toxicity in short terms ecotoxicity tests and the absence of systemic hazard potential for the human health endpoints indicates that the substance does not fulfil the‘T’ criteria. Therefore, the test substance is not classified as PBT or vPvB.
