The mean burning time of the mixture of the test item/cellulose 1:1 is 199 s.
Five tests were performed on the mixture of the reference substance with cellulose in the ratios 3:7, 2:3 and 3:2. The results are shown in the following table.

Due to the fact that both mixtures of the test item with cellulose (4:1 and 1:1) have higher mean burning times compared to the reference mixture in the ratio 3:7,it is concluded thatthe test item has no oxidizing properties.
