Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
I) Eyes touch : Immediately hang the eyelid and wash with flowing and clear water or salt water for at least fifteen minutes , then go to see a doctor.
II) Skin touch: Immediately take off the polluted clothes and wash skin with a great amount of flowing clear water least fifteen minutes , then go to see a doctor.
III) Breathing in: Immediately Break away from the spot to an air-fresh place, keeping respiratory tract smooth. Offer oxygen therapy if breathes difficult, and take artificial respiration if stops breath.
IV) Eating in : People having eaten it in mistake should rinse the mouth with water, drink milk and egg white, then go to see a doctor.
Fire-fighting measures
I) Burn Characteristic: burnable , flash point is now important
II) Limits of explosion: Without related material informed
III) Dangerous Characteristic: It will burn when meet with obvious fire and
high heat; if heated or touch water, it will decompose, give out heat and poisonous corrosive smoke-gas, chemical reaction will occur on contacting with strong oxidant and possesses corrosiveness.
IV) Fire fighting measures : Fireman must wear protective overall-clothes and oxygen-breather
V) Fire -fighting reagent : Dry powder, Carbon dioxide, Sand. Not use water or Foam
Accidental release measures
Isolate release polluted areas, limit in or out, switch off hire source. It is proposed that relevant people should wear self-supporting breather and acid-alkaline proof work-clothes, mustn’t directly contact the leakage. In small amount condition, collect the leakage with clear spade to a dry, clean and lidded container, while in big amount condition, should collect and recovery or delivery to C2H5NN-COCLOO the disposal place of wastes to be dealt with.
Handling and storage
Stored in shady ,cool and ventilating warehouse ,temperature ≤5℃,prevent direct exposure to water or vapor. Be far away from resource of fire and heat.use hydro-proof packing free of moisture. Store alone separated from oxidant. Be careful of personal protection in packing and delivery. In order to prevent container and packing from being damaged, must lightly load and discharge while transportation. It is not suitable to transport in raining day.

Exposure controls / personal protection
I) Working control : Operate in tightly closed condition. Keep locally exhaust wind. Offer safe shower and wash facilities.
II) Respiratory system control : Put on dust-proof breather when maybe contact its dust, put on air-breather on urgent emergency.
III) Eyes protection : Have been protected in respiratory system control.
IV) Body protection : Put on acid-alkaline proof rubber work-clothes.
V) Hand protection : Put on acid-alkaline proof rubber gloves.
VI) Others : No smoking eating and drinking on work spot. Wash hands before dinner. Take a bath and change clothes and working dusk after finishing work.. Separately place poisonous polluted clothes and wash for lately use. Take care of keeping personal hygiene.
