An acute fish toxicity test was performed with Rainbow trout species according to CIBA internal method A-11. 8 fish each were exposed at the test concentrations of 100, 200 and 1000 mg/L for a period of 48 h. No mortality was observed at 100 mg/L, while 1/8 and 8/8 fish were found dead at 200 and 1000 mg/L, respectively. Based on the findings of this study, the LC50 of FAT 21021/A in fish acute toxicity test was determined to be 400 mg/L.
