Additional information

A limit test on Daphnia Magna (Stahl) has been performed on similar substance 1, showing no mortality at the tested concentration of 180 mg/L. Since the sample concentration is 83% of the nominal concentration, the EC50,48h has been set at 150 mg/L.

According to Regulation (EC) N. 1272/2008 the ecotoxicological classification of similar substance 1 is 'not toxic' to Daphnia magna after an exposure period of 48 hours.

Therefore Acid Green 68 can be considered not toxic to Daphnia magna for Read Across with similar substance 2.
