Description of key information

2,4,7,9-TETRAMETHYL-5-DECYNE-4,7-DIOL did not induce acute immobilisation of Daphnia
magna at 43 mgll after 48 hours of exposure (NOEC).
The 24h-EC50 was 99 mg/l based on average exposure concentrations with a 95% confidence
interval between 83 and 130 mg/l.
The 48h-EC50 was 91 mgll based on average exposure concentrations with a 95% confidence
interval between 81 and 110 mg/l.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
