Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Comments:
The pKa for Lactam 204,636 had not been determined.
Therefore, the Koc was also determined at pH 2 and pH 10.
Under these conditions, two peaks were observed at pH 2 and
three peaks were observed at pH 10. At pH 2 the one peak
gave a log10Koc of 1.27 (Koc -0.26) and the other gave a
log10Koc of 2.5(Koc -0.11).At pH 10 two peaks gave log10Koc
values of <1.5(Koc -0.43 and -0.21), and the other gave a
log10Koc of 2.3(Koc 0.08).

The test described has been validated for the quantitative
estimation of log10Koc values in the range 1.5 to 5.0
