Sampling and analysis
- Analytical monitoring:
- yes
- Details on sampling:
- Samples (20 mL) were taken from the middle of the test solutions of 0, 10, 22 and 50 mg/L at the start, after 48 h and at the end of the 96-h test period. The samples were concentrated and resolved with mobile phase (acetonitrile) before measurement.
Test solutions
- Vehicle:
- no
- Details on test solutions:
- Test solutions were prepared using an Ultra-Torrax and quantitatively transferred to 4-litre test vessels. Then the different test solutions were stirred for 24h to ensure that the limit of solubility of the test substance in water was reached.
