Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Skin contact: Remove all contaminated clothing and foot-ware. Wash with soap and plenty of water. In case of inflammation (redness, irritation) obtain medical attention.
Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water, whilst keeping the eyes wide open, until irritation subsides. If necessary obtain medical advice.
Ingestion: Never attempt to induce vomiting. Give plenty of water to drink and obtain medical attention. Beware of aspiration of vomit if vomiting occurs.
Fire-fighting measures
Accidental release measures
Take up mechanically (e.g. sweep or vacuum up) into tightly closable containers. Label container and dispose of as prescribed.
Environmental considerations:Do not allow to get into waste water
Handling and storage
Storage conditions: Ensure adequate ventilation of the storage area. Keep containers tightly closed, cool and dry.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Personal protection:Observe normal standards for handling chemicals. Avoid breathing dust.
Avoid skin and eye contact.
Wash hands before breaks and after work. Store working clothes separately. Do not eat, drink or smoke in the work area.
Wear personal protective equipment appropriate to the task (see below).
Eye protection:Safety goggles.
Skin protection:PVC gloves.
Respiratory protection:Wear suitable respiratory protective equipment, if exposures to high levels of dusts are likely.
Other personal protection:Protective coveralls.
Stability and reactivity
Incompatible materials: Reacts with bases
Hazardous decomposition products: Smoke, oxides of carbon and nitrogen.
Disposal considerations
Material must be disposed of in accordance with national (e.g. Hazardous Waste Regulations) and local authority regulations (e.g. incineration).
Contaminated packaging:Treat empty containers in the same way as the product.
