Water solubility:
320 g/L
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Temp.:
20 °C
pH:
3.4
Conclusions:
A water solubility of 320 g/L was determined for the test item at 20°C.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test item was determined at 20°C according to the "flask method" described in the European Commission Council regulation (EC) No 440/2008, Annex, Part A, A.6., OECD-guideline 105 and the EPA Product Properties Test Guideline OCSPP 830.7840.

Approx. 5 g of distilled water were added to three individual sample weights of approx. 5 g of the test item and stirred at 30°C for different time intervals (26, 50 and 73 h). When stirring was stopped the liquid test item formed a clear separated layer below the aqueous phase. After equilibration (minimum 24 h at 20°C) aliquots of the supernatant saturated aqueous phases were separated from the test item carefully.

A water solubility of 320 g/L was determined for the test item at 20°C.
