Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

14-d LC50: 406.3 mg /kg soil dw (acute, earthworm, OECD 207, Friedrich, 2010)
4-wk NOEC (reproduction): 7.81 mg/kg soil dw (chronic, 8 wk test duration, earthworm, OECD 222, Friedrich, 2011)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Short-term EC50 or LC50 for soil macroorganisms:
406.3 mg/kg soil dw
Long-term EC10, LC10 or NOEC for soil macroorganisms:
7.81 mg/kg soil dw

Additional information

Summary of the data:

14-d LC50: 406.3 mg /kg soil dw (acute, earthworm, OECD 207, Friedrich, 2010)

4-wk EC50 (reproduction): 16.64 mg/kg soil dw (chronic, 8 wk test duration, earthworm, OECD 222, Friedrich, 2011)

4-wk NOEC (reproduction): 7.81 mg/kg soil dw (chronic, 8 wk test duration, earthworm, OECD 222, Friedrich, 2011)

Two studies are available (earthworm: one short-term & one long-term). Both are considered to be relevant, reliable, adequate for risk assessment, and adequate for classification purposes. The LC50 (acute test) and the NOEC (chronic test) results are carried forward for risk assessment purposes.
