Description of key information

The Daphnia magna Reproduction Test (semi-static, 21 d) of the test item was conducted according to OECD 211 in year 2013. The statistically significant increase of the reproductive output at the concentration level of 50.0 µg/L, followed by a statistically significant reduction of the reproductive output and a biologically significant adult mortality of 40 % at the concentration level of 100 µg/L were the most sensitive effect in this study. Based on the statistically significant difference of the reproductive output at the concentration levels of 50.0 and 100 µg/L in comparison to the control, the No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC) after 21 days was assessed at 25.0 µg/L and the Lowest Observed Effect Concentration (LOEC) was assessed at 50.0 µg/L.
