Administrative data
First-aid measures
If inhaled: Move to fresh air. Call a physician if symptoms develop or persist.
If on skin: Get medical attention if irritation develops and persists.
IF in eyes: Rinse with water. Get medical attention if irritation develops and persists.
If swallowed: Rinse mouth. If ingestion of a large amount does occur, call a poison control centre immediately.
Most important symptoms/effects, acute and delayed: Direct contact with eyes may cause temporary irritation.
Notes to physician: Treat symptomatically.
Fire-fighting measures
Extinguishing media: Water fog. Foam. Dry chemical powder. Carbon dioxide (CO2).
Extinguishing media to avoid: None known.
Specific hazards during fire: Gases hazardous to health may be formed. Fire may produce irritating, corrosive and/or toxic gases.
Special fire fighting procedures: In the event of fire, cool tanks with water spray.
Protection of fire-fighters: Self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing must be worn in case of fire.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures:
For non-emergency personnel:
Wear appropriate protective equipment and clothing during clean-up. Avoid inhalation of dust from the spilled material. Wear a dust mask if dust is generated above exposure limits. Ensure adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
For emergency responders:
Not available.
Environmental precautions:
Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do so. Avoid release to the environment. Avoid discharge into drains, water courses or onto the ground. Contact local authorities in case of spillage to drain/aquatic environment.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up:
Extinguish all flames in the vicinity. Dike the spilled material, where this is possible. If sweeping of a contaminated area is necessary use a dust suppressant agent which does not react with the product. Sweep up or vacuum up spillage and collect in suitable container for disposal. Collect dust
using a vacuum cleaner equipped with HEPA filter. Avoid the generation of dusts during clean-up. Following product recovery, flush area with water. Prevent entry into waterways, sewer, basements or confined areas. Never return spills in original containers for re-use.
Handling and storage
Handling:
Technical measures (e.g.Local and general ventilation): Provide adequate ventilation. Shower, hand and eye washing facilities near the workplace are recommended.
Safe handling advice: Use care in handling/storage.
Hygiene measures: Always observe good personal hygiene measures, such as washing after handling the material and before eating, drinking, and/or smoking. Routinely wash work clothing and protective equipment to remove contaminants.
Storage:
Safe storage conditions: Keep out of the reach of children.
Safe packaging materials: Use appropriate container to avoid environmental contamination.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Occupational exposure limits: No exposure limits noted for ingredient(s).
Engineering measures: General ventilation normally adequate. Mechanical ventilation or local exhaust ventilation is required.
Personal protective equipment:
Respiratory protection: Dust and mist respirator.
Hand protection: For prolonged or repeated skin contact use suitable protective gloves.
Eye protection: If contact is likely, safety glasses with side shields are recommended.
Skin and body protection: Wear suitable protective clothing.
Stability and reactivity
Reactivity: The product is stable and non-reactive under normal conditions of use, storage and transport.
Chemical stability: Material is stable under normal conditions.
Possibility of hazardous reactions: No dangerous reaction known under conditions of normal use.
Conditions to avoid: Contact with incompatible materials.
Incompatible materials: None known.
Hazardous decomposition products: No hazardous decomposition products are known.
Disposal considerations
Residual waste: Dispose of in accordance with local regulations. Empty containers or liners may retain some product residues. This material and its container must be disposed of in a safe manner.
Contaminated packaging: Empty containers should be taken to an approved waste handling site for recycling or disposal.
Local disposal regulations: Contract with a disposal operator licensed by the Law on Disposal and Cleaning. When an on-site wastewater treatment plant is not available, collect entire waste and then charge to a licensed industrial waste management professional with manifests for industrial waste.
