General Information

Implementation:
EU
Remarks:
Hexane and/or hexene may be generated by degradation of the material; hence classification and labelling contribution of these substances is considered to be an appropriate consideration. The classification is made according to CLP, with due application of the mixture rule to classify the substance containing hexane or hexane as an impurity. Variation in composition and classification is appropriate as degradation products differ per manufacturer for the substance.

Related composition

Related composition:
Trihexylaluminium, where hexene / hexane content is 0 to <2.5%
