Functional control
The test system was controlled with double distilled water at an atmospheric pressure of 1022 hPa. The normal boiling was determined to be 99.9 °C which is within±0.2 K (°C) from the literature value of 100.0 °C.
Boiling Point
The results of two independent measurements within±2 K are given in the table. The boiling temperatures were converted to the boiling point under normal pressure by the apparatus automatically.
The test item was heated up to 175 °C and the behaviour of the test item was observed over a period of 1 h at constant temperature. Neither discoloration nor other signs for decomposition could be observed.

Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- The boiling point of the test item F-DIOX acid was determined to be 442.2 K (169.0 °C) under normal pressure (1013 hPa).
- Executive summary:
The boiling point of the test item (batch number: 240/13) was determined according to OECD-Guideline No. 103 for Testing of Chemicals and Council Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008 Method A.2 on 2011-01-24 at Dr. U.Noack-Laboratorien, 31157 Sarstedt, Germany.
The determination of the boiling point was performer with a capillary tube in a metal block apparatus at an atmospheric pressure of 1020 hPa.
The normal boiling point (under normal pressure of 1013 hPa) was determined to be 442.2 K (169.0 °C).
