Reference
Name:
Reactive Red F-66813
Type of composition:
legal entity composition of the substance
State / form:
solid: particulate/powder
Reference substance:
Reactive Red F-66813
Reference substance:
Reactive Red F-66813
PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

The substance cannot be considered to fulfil the criteria for Persistence, Toxicity or Bioaccumulation, as specified in REACH Annex XIII. As such, the substance cannot be considered a PBT and vPvB substance, based on the available data.

Although the substance is not readily or inherently biodegradable, it showed hydrolysis at environmentally relevant pH with a half-life of 6 days at pH 7 at 25°C, indicating the potential for significant removal by hydrolysis. As such, no persistence in the environment is expected.

The substance has no bioaccumulation potential, as demonstrated by the log Kow of < -2.9 at 25 °C, which is indicative of a BCF of clearly less than 2000.

There is no evidence of toxic effects to environmental organisms or humans.

Overall, the substance does not qualify for being considered as PBT or vPvB.
