Conclusions:
In a Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) test, conducted according to OECD test guideline 102 and to GLP, the melting point of -16.82 to -15.95ºC was determined for Coffee, bean, roasted, ext.
Executive summary:

A Diffential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) test, conducted according to OECD test guideline 102 and to GLP was performed to determine the melting point and / or the onset temperature and magnitude of any exothermic activity.

A sample of Coffee, bean, roasted, ext. was charged to an aluminum DSC crucible, which was then placed in the furnace. The sample was then ramped from -40ºC to 0ºC at 1K/min.

A melting point of -16.82 to -15.95ºC was determined for Coffee, bean, roasted, ext.

Description of key information
