The preliminary study and measurements were performed under atmospheric pressure of 1006 hPa. The preliminary study was carried out in order to determine the boiling temperature range of the substance. The study was performed in the temperature range 190-233 °C. The Isoborneol was melted and sublimated at 208.0°C.

Three series of measurements were performed in the temperature range 204–234°C. Below the temperature of 204ºC, the temperature gradient of 3 °C/min was used. Above 204ºC the used gradient was 1.0 °C/min. In all cases, the substance was melted and sublimated approximately 208ºC.
