Executive summary:

Dodecanenitril was evaluated for eye irritation in New-Zealand rabbits according to OECD 405 and EU 84/449/EEC B.5 guidelines. 0.1 mL of undiluted test material was instilled in one eye of each animal. The eyes were flushed after 24 hours.
Results: No irritation was observed.

In conclusion: Dodecanenitrile is not irritating to the eyes.
