Maximum concentration not causing irritating effects in preliminary test: 100 %

Signs of irritation during induction:
Intradermal injections:

Necrosis was recorded at sites receiving Freund's Complete
Adjuvant in test and control animals.  Slight irritation was
seen in test animals at sites receiving, 7.5% v/v test
substance and in animals receiving vehicle alone.

Topical application:

Slight erythema was observed in test animals following
topical application with 100% test substance and in the
control animals.

Evidence of sensitisation of each challenge concentration:
None
