Administrative data
First-aid measures
After inhalation: supply fresh air; consult doctor in case of complaints
After skin contact: wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly
After eye contact: rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water
After swallowing: rinse out mouth and then drink plenty of water
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing agents: CO2, sand, powder and foam. Do not use water.
Accidental release measures
Measures for environmental protection: do not allow to enter sewers/surface or ground water
Measures for cleaning/collecting: absorb with liquid binding material (sand, diatomite, acid binders, universal binders, sawdust)
Additional information: cleaning rag could ignite. Keep cleaning rag under water or in a tightly closed metal container
Handling and storage
Information for safe handling: do not bring into contact with strong oxidizing agents. Keep containers tightly closed.
Suitable material for receptacles and pipes: stainless steel
Storage conditions: protect from exposure to sunlight and ambient air at 10-30 degrees Celsius

Exposure controls / personal protection
The usual precautionary measures are to be adhered to when handling chemical substances.
Repiratory protection is not needed.
Wearing gloves and safety goggles is recommended during refilling activities.
Stability and reactivity
In very fine dispersion in contact with air possible danger of self ignition.
Disposal considerations
Smaller quantities can be disposed of with household waste.
Larger quantities must be disposed according to the local regulations.
Suitable cleansing agent: soap sud
