- Method: The test concentrations were prepared by adding 2.4 ml of an appropriate stock solution (prepared in DMF) or the required neat test substance and 2.4 ml of DMF directly into the dilution water within each test chamber and stirring. The solvent concentration in all test chambers was 100 µl/L.
