Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Inhalation: Breathe fresh air.
Contact with skin: Rinse with water and soap. Consult a doctor if irritation persists.
After eye contact: flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate flushing by separating the eyelids with fingers. Consult a doctor if irritation persists.
Ingestion: Rinse out mouth and then drink plenty of water. If necessary seek medical advice.
Fire-fighting measures
The product itself is not flammable: take extinguishing action appropriate to the fire in the surroundings. Foam, dry powder, CO2 water spray jet
Accidental release measures
Person-related safety precautions: Wear personal protective equipment.
Environmental precaution: Avoid release into the sewage network or the aquatic environment.
Methods for cleaning up: Contain spills with earth or sand or inert absorbent. Collect up the product. Clean up the area with plenty of water.
The waste product may be recovered and recycled. Contaminated containers should be treated in the same way as the product itself.
Handling and storage
Safe handling: Avoid contact with the product by wearing goggles and a long-sleeved shirt when occasional exposure is likely (during sampling, maintenace). No additional precautions necessary if used correctly.
Requirements to be met by storerooms and containers: Keep containers sealed.
