Conclusions:
In accordance with the estimated value of log Pow, it was decided to use HPLC method for determination of partition coefficient.
The partition coefficient of test substance N-ethylcyclohexylamine is: log Pow = 1.027+/-0.746 (25 °C, pH = 7.75)
The value is given with the extent of uncertainty (95%).

Executive summary:

The procedure was performed according to Method A.8, Partition coefficient, Council Regulation (EC) No 440/2008, Published in O.J. L 142, 2008.

In accordance with the estimated value of log Pow (2.16 +/- 0.2), it was decided to use HPLC method for determination of partition coefficient.

The partition coefficient of test substance N-ethylcyclohexylamine is: log Pow = 1.027 +/- 0.746 (25 °C, pH = 7.75)  

The value is given with the extent of uncertainty (95%).
