Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Temp.:
25 °C
Remarks on result:
other: Mean of last ten measurements

Any other information on results incl. tables

Although the test was carried out four times, the results of Tests 1 and 2 have not been reported due to poor duplication and the possibility of contamination.

Test 3:           Sample weight = 0.0299g

The total time from preparation to the start of measurements was 24 minutes with an initial 60 minute run time. Due to signs of ageing, the test was continued for a further 60 minutes. A time period of 7 minutes passed before the start of the second 60 minute run. There is evidence of a slight ageing effect.

Surface tension = 69.11 mN/m at 25±0.5 °C (mean of last 10 measurements).

Test 4: sample weight = 0.0215g

The total time from preparation to the start of measurement was 224 minutes with a 120 minute run time. There is evidence of a slight ageing effect.

Surface tension = 69.18 mN/m at 25±0.5 °C (mean of last 10 measurements).

Applicant's summary and conclusion
