Short description of key information on bioaccumulation potential result:
No unchanged mercaptobenzothiazole was detected in urine, and two metabolites were identified: thioglucuronide and sulfonic acid derivatives (72 hours after intravenous administration, 90.9 -100% appeared in urine of rats).
Short description of key information on absorption rate:
The study results shows that Guinea pigs absorbed 33.4% of topical radiolabelled dose. The study results shows that rats absorbed 16.1 -17.5% of topical radiolabelled dose.
