Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Key result
Type:
relative density
Density:
0.934 g/cm³
Temp.:
20 °C

Two individual measurements were made, both yielding relative densities of 0.9336.

Conclusions:
The test substance has a relative density of 0.9336 at 20 °C.
Executive summary:

The relative density of the test substance was determined in accordance with OECD TG 109. The relative density of the test substance in comparison with that of water at the temperature of 4 °C was measured with a calibrated oscillating transducer (digital densimeter, Anton Paar DMA 48) at the temperature of 20 °C and was found to be 0.9336.

Additional information

The relative density of the test substance was determined to be 0.9336 (typical density range (D 20/4) is 0.928 - 0.940) in accordance with OECD 109 by using the oscillating densimeter method.
