An assessment of the explosive properties of C3RO was carried out by analysing the chemical structure and comparing the bond groupings with those known to confer explosibility, as listed inBredtherick's Handbook of Reactive Chemical Hazads, 6th edition, Volume 2, p. 128 -131 (Butterworth-Heinemann: 1999).
