Sampling and analysis
- Analytical monitoring:
- no
Test solutions
- Vehicle:
- yes
- Remarks:
- Algal growth medium (OECD Medium) containing 70 μL acetone in 700 mL solution was divided into 6 replicates, inoculated with algal cells (without test item) and examined in parallel to the test item concentrations and the untreated control.
- Details on test solutions:
- A stock solution (StS) was prepared by solving 2.5006 g test item in 5 mL acetone.
The test solutions were prepared by using 50 μL of each WS completed to 500 mL with OECD test
medium. The test solutions were then shaken for 5 minutes (300 rpm), and filtered through a 0.45 μm
filter.

7130-7380 lux. - Test temperature:
- test temperature was
measured continuously with a min/max thermometer and remained between 22.5 and 23.8 °C. The
water temperature was determined at least daily in one vessel filled with water only. The water
temperature was measured to be between 22.9 and 23.5 °C. - pH:

- Details on test conditions:
- The pH varied by not more than 1.5 units of the controls. the test temperature was
measured continuously with a min/max thermometer and remained between 22.5 and 23.8 °C. The
water temperature was determined at least daily in one vessel filled with water only. The water
temperature was measured to be between 22.9 and 23.5 °C. - Reference substance (positive control):
