The mean density of the test item at 20 °C was 1.4384 g/cm³.The relative density D420was calculated by dividing the density of the test item by the density of water at 4 °C (0.9999750 g/cm³). The relative density was          D420=1.438.

Conclusions:
The relative density D420 was determined to be D420 = 1.438.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted according to OECD TG 109, Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 method A.3 to determine the relative density of the test item. The density was determined in two independent determinations. Using the pycnometer method the density was determined to be 1.4384 g/cm3 at 20 ± 0.5 °C and the relative density 1.438 with respect to water at 4 °C respectively.

Description of key information

The relative density D420 was determined to be D420 = 1.438 (reference 4.4 -1).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A study was conducted according to OECD TG 109, Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 method A.3 to determine the relative density of the test item (reference 4.4 -1). The density was determined in six independent determinations. Using the pycnometer method the density was determined to be 1.4384 g/cm3 at 20 ± 0.5 °C and the relative density 1438 with respect to water at 4 °C respectively.
