Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
With respect to the inhibitory effect of the test item, the 0-72 h average specific growth rates and areas were significantly different from that of the control group at the examined concentration range of 0.52 – 5.79 mg/L (measured), therefore the NOEC was determined as 0.17 mg/L (measured) and LOEC was determined as 0.52 mg/L (measured). The 0-72 h yield were significantly different from that of the control group in the examined concentration range of 0.17 – 5.79 mg/L (measured). The NOEC was determined as 0.06 mg/L (measured); the LOEC was determined as 0.17 mg/L (measured).
Executive summary:

The toxicity potential on algae was performed according to OECD201 guideline. The resultats show that the inhibitory effect of the test item, the 0-72 h average specific growth rates and areas were significantly different from that of the control group at the examined concentration range of 0.52 – 5.79 mg/L (measured), therefore the results based on growth rate were :

- NOEC = 0.17 mg/L (measued)

- LOEC = 0.52 mg/L (measured)

- CE50 = 1.1 mg/L (measured)
