Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The 96-hour LC50 was empirically estimated to be > 0.18 mg a.iI/L the highest mean measured concentration tested. The No-Observed-Effect Concentration (NOEC) was 0.18 mg a.i./L. Based on these results, Butralin Technical is not considered acutely toxic to sheepshead minnow at or below test material's limit of water solubility.
