L'étude de sensibilisation cutanée de l'acétate de Dodéca-1,3-diène-1-yl a été réalisée par le test de maximisation du cochon d'Inde en utilisant du PIRBRIGHT blanc, du cobaye DunkinHartley HOE DHPK (SPF-LAC) 10 animaux du groupe témoin et 20 animaux du groupe test.utilisé également 20 animaux utilisés comme groupe de contrôle positif.
Dans un pré-test, 0,15 g de formulation de substance d'essai a été appliqué sur la peau de 4 cobayes dans des conditions occlusives pendant 24 heures dans une période de 96 heures d'observation effectuée après 24 et 48 heures après l'application.
En phase d'induction, 0,1 ml de FCA, 5% de substance d'essai dans l'huile d'olive DAB9 et la formulation de la substance d'essai dans le FCA ont été utilisés, après 24 heures de lecture après une semaine d'application épicutanée de 0,3 g de substance d'essai.substance dans l'huile d'olive DAB 9) a été appliqué pendant 48 heures en tant que pièce occlusive.Lecture noté après 48 heures.
Dans la phase de provocation, 21 jours après l'injection intradermique 0,15 g de formulation de substance d'essai (50% de la substance d'essai dans le véhicule) a été appliqué sur deux sites différents pendant 24 heures. Les lectures ont été effectuées après 24 et 48 heures après l'enlèvement du patch.un groupe témoin positif de 20 animaux a été traité avec du 1-chlor-2,4-dinitro-benzol (préparation de substance d'essai à 1%) en utilisant les mêmes procédures que celles décrites pour le groupe d'essai.
Après l'injection intradermique de FCA, la formulation de la substance d'essai ou la formulation de la substance d'essai dans le FCA a donné lieu à un érythème bien défini (grade 2) et à un léger œdème (grade 2) chez tous les animaux.En phase de provocation, aucune sensibilisation cutanée n'a été observée chez les animaux. Dans le groupe témoin positif, 2 animaux sur 20 présentaient un érythème modéré à sévère (grade 3), 14 animaux présentaient un érythème bien défini (grade 2) et un très léger érythème (grade 1).) ont été trouvés chez 4/20 animaux.De plus, 13/20 animaux présentaient un très léger œdème.D'après ce qui précède, il a été considéré que l'acétate de Dodéca-1,3-diène-1-yle était considéré comme un sensibilisant cutané chez le cobaye.
