- Justification:
A detailed analysis of the Persistence, Bioaccumulation and Toxicity has been brought together into a clear conclusion on whether Formaldehyde, oligomeric reaction products with 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol and diethylenetriamine is not a PBT/vPvB substance. Formaldehyde, oligomeric reaction products with 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol and diethylenetriamine is not readily biodegradable under the conditions of the study and therefore likey meets the P Criteria. The Kow results show that Formaldehyde, oligomeric reaction products with 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol and diethylenetriamine is not B. The toxicity studies value is greater than the 0.01 mg/L and does not meet the T criteria. The data show that the properties of the substance do not meet the specific criteria detailed in Annex XIII and, consequently, that the substance is not considered a PBT/vPvB.
