Description of key information

acute fish toxicity:

Key Study: In this study according to OECD Guideline Test No. 203 the test item was found to cause no lethal effects to zebrafish after 96 hours at a nominal concentration of 3 mg test item/L, so the LC 50 is above 3 mg/L.

acute daphnia toxicity:

Key Study: The acute immobilisation of the test item to daphnia magna was determined according to OECD guideline 202. The EC50 value after 48 h was determined to be 44.3 mg/L.

acute algae toxicity:

The toxicity of the test substance to the unicellular freshwater green alga Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was determined according to the principles of OECD 201 (2011) and Council Regulation (EC) No 761/2009 C.3. After 72 hours the NOEC was determined to <1 mg/L, the ErC10 was determined to be 0.96 mg/L and the ErC50 was determined to be 2.71 mg/L.

bacteria toxicity:

A study conducted according to OECD guideline 209 did not reveal any effect on the respiration activity of activated sludge. Both the EC50 and EC10 were determined to be > 1000 mg/L.
